0k Baji Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

0k baji is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform providing services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. All terms and conditions listed below govern your relationship with 0k baji.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the platform. 0k baji reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. 0k baji prioritizes resolution through arbitration in the event of any dispute.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 0k baji:

• Each person may register one account only. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• If an account is opened with false information, 0k baji reserves the right to close that account at any time.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

After registration, you may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a mandatory process carried out to prevent money laundering and to protect our members.

The transaction rules for 0k baji are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually 15–60 minutes; may take longer if KYC has not been completed.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources are not permitted.
• 0k baji reserves the right to verify any transaction and to place a hold on it if necessary.

0k baji ensures that all legitimate withdrawal requests are processed with the highest priority. However, 0k baji is not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile banking services.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 0k baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 0k baji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be refunded.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, 0k baji reserves the right to make the final decision.
• Odds change quickly in live betting. If a bet is placed at outdated odds due to a connection issue, it will be subject to review.
• Betting history is available in your account for up to 90 days.

If 0k baji detects suspicious betting patterns, the bet or account may be temporarily held for review. This is done to protect fair players.

0k baji's bonus system offers additional benefits to members. However, the following important conditions apply:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — typically 1x to 5x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period after the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; once wagering is complete, the amount will be transferred to your real balance.
• Each promotion can only be used once per member.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0k baji:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts.
• Coordinated betting or bonus busting to abuse the bonus system.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities or hack the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently suspended, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to submit required documents.

• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.

An email notice is usually sent before an account is terminated. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from your own errors (e.g., placing a bet for the wrong amount).
• Loss due to account password theft or unauthorized access — if the user has been negligent with their account security.
• Service outages due to natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures.
